I could buy that if it was only during copy but it happens when they scan to email , so fuser are on rest temp.

how do you mean that the fuser could affect the sc101?
I know it said time to change fuser but that was 60k before the PM so i just reset the counter
But i realy dont know how the fuser could...

To mu knowledge there are no lampstabilizer The part P:N are not listed anywhere

Hi well the mc has been on same location for 3 years with a lot of scanning and suddenly started to kick out sc 101 today a changed IPU board still the same problem.

scaning could work for 50 double side or single sided for a whole day then suddenly it kicks out sc101

This is a mysteri.
i have checked the mirrors and white plate. clean. New explamp, PCB SIO PCB Led-DB SBU latest FW and still it kicks out sc 101

Probably you did try to update the machine with fw for an extension that are not mounted on the mc. I did that ER 40 becouse no papperbank and it started to flash that and i ended up with i had to...

I was fortune
i did only need to put a new eeprom and program it with factory settings. now its up and running again.

REMARK NEVER UPGRADE FW for a unit that are not installed on MC this >...

we have only Z mc in Sweden so there are only this fw on ricoh ftp.
And there are a bullentin on this, wich i did read afterwords off course :-(
The mc went into sc-673-10 ...

When updatiing fw i did by mistake take all and it started with bank1 (the machine does not have bank) wich ended up with Download error 40 now the mc out of control.
So any tip? new...

did you change D0391166 2 pcs and D1051164 you have to replace them.
But could also be that cassett are worn put a schrewdriver in the gap between casett 1 & 2 and se if there are...

You will find a bulletin on this matter, that clearly shows how to do this.
I strongly recomend you to get help and lift the machine on to a table :-) that would make it easier.

Get a new transfer roller!
Btw do you use Ricoh genuine toner?

Check the drive motor for scanner.

Put some toner manual into the devbox by a spone or something, if that works the problem is not the dev box.
Check the part where rubber hose fits on the toner end sensor remove it and clean.....

When doing booklet no matter size it staples 2 at same place in the center of papper This only happens on booklet
Staple in corners works ok.
Any clue?????

When trying to do booklet the papper curls and jams behind the metalplate when feeded down to stapler.
Running with interlock in door i can see that the papper are curled when its time to feed down...

i did the mod with plastic pice from a CD cover, it seems to do the trick
