I'm having difficulty setting up Scan To Email using my Gmail account into Ricoh MPC2500. All the POP & SMTP settings were keyed into the device correctly but still failed to send out emails....

It was really the file format difference between the 2 pages and the 3rd page. Just set back the page layout default to auto tray select will do.

Yup! Both were allowed for full control.
Try use PrimoPDF, I normally use it to convert files from Desktop Binder into pdf.
