I have done the sanding and forming and it does seem better but not great....

They are running it short edge and they only use letter size.This is why I want to try a SR 820.It has a straight paper path but I don't have any experience with it.Most of the jams are happening...

I have a ricoh 3025 with a sr 790 that is doing some crazy stuff.When copying with sorting and stapling the machine will stack copies inside the finisher but will not staple or eject paper.Or...
