Make sure you use Ricoh original toner.

Its a good machine but make sure your office wont print A3 size.

Check the counter lifespan of the transfer belt. if its over better you replace transfer belt together with the c.blade.good luck.

Aficio MP 2000le very bold the print out ( copy & printing). You can feel the print out letter from the paper.

Hi thanks for your reply. No finisher install and can do rotate sort in B/W. Rotate sort can't use in color appear in lcd when printing in color.

Its possible to use rotate sort to mpc 2030. Black and White can but Color can't use rotate sort.

We also facing this problem and i want to do a experiment, since the drum of this model is the same with Aficio 2045 so i want try to use the developer and toner Af 2045. what do you think guys?

Try to disconnect the HDD and on the machine. likely your HDD faulty

What do you mean? Print out from computer is solid and if you do photocopy is light.
You can try to clean first all the optic section, before you do some adjustment.
