Has anyone experienced a massive static problem on the C1070. When copies exit the machine everything appears fine but as the prints stack on top of each other they become stuck together with static....

i had three of these fail yesterday :-(
i'm told the latest f/w does not fix the boot up/cycling issue.......but something is on its way

are other techs at least seeing this fault....even if they dont know a cure. Then at least I know i'm not alone ;)

I am seeing a number of these little printers with the following code C0096, Does anyone have any fixes or tips to help. The transfer belt has been swopped and the machine just constantly...

Thanks for the information, the cable you talk about.... Is it the one that looks a bit like a USB cable. Is it usually just this part that causes the fault code.

when replacing the feed assembly all feed rubbers/roller and clutches are included within the assembly.....machine lasted two days before customer booked the machine back in for jamming again

also have the same fault as above, tried whats been suggested. Mine just appear to be saying "warming up" with no error code. when you remove the finisher the machine works fine. Any further...

a new t/roller can really help with this jam code.....they usually get reset and never replaced as they dont come with the t/belt

think i had this once before when the pin had broken away the inside of the plastic gear (think it was item 19 or 15). This causes loss of drive to the feed, the gear just spins because the moulding...
