this problem can sometimes be fixed by replacing both triacs that supply the fixing lamps together at the same time, it is not effective to replace only one ,you have to do both at the same time...

is it a band at the front end of teflon roller?
could be dev material , from pin hole in drum ,or charge grid too close to drum {remove grid cleaning pad}

you did use correct dev as bizhub dev. for 600/750 [dev 710] is different and causes toner problems either way when fitted to wrong model !:rolleyes: much obliged peter

yes, clean the output of laser [external ]glass by first removing drum carriage and going up with clean cotton bud.also check/clean/replace 3 x ozone filters
