Duplex is not disabled
Replaced CIS for second side
Replaced Doc Feeder...

I would have to say something in the optics, clean all mirrors, remove lens cover and clean both sides of the lens, and front of CCD my 2 cents

Yes, took it to the shop not connected when i put in a blank thumb drive it starts to go into set up then hangs in initialization this unit uses a thumb drive as the hard drive

I did put in a blank flash drive and it did come out of initialization and looks like it whats you to start the set up but then it goes into a loop and repeats this...?/
