No code, but I think I figured it out. Dead battery.
Upon power up message comes on screen "Communications error encountered". Don't have service manual for this machine, can anyone tell what causes this, and possible fix?
I have not been able to get the print calibration to complete on my C2128. Not sure what's causing this. Just comes back on screen "Calibration Unsuccessful." Anyone know how to correct this?
No. This machine was out of service. No copies made. Was working before it was replaced.
Copier will not start. Gives C9C error code. Anyone seen this before?
Color prints are covered with magenta toner. Replace cleaning blade, doctor blade okay, and seals seem to be okay. Is there another reason this could be happening.
Just got this copier, and this error code comes up. It only happen when finisher is connected. Don't have service manual. If anyone has one I would appreciate a copy. Any ideas?

When printing or copying, I get dull lines in areas where there are solids. Can't see them if print is small coverage. I have changed cleaning blades and chargers shows up mostly in cyan and yellow...

When I print out copies with a lot of coverage it jams in the fuser, and also knocks out my Separater Guide and exit roller unit. Is there a way to remedy this?
Okay got it! Would this also cause poor image quality? Now there is little to no image. Just outlines of image.
Check everything in the service manual, still getting this error. Any other ideas?
