thanks guys the problem seem to be the fuser, not so much the fuser but the roller, spring, buhing and a few other part damage i'll just replace the entire fuser assemble

they just call me from the office that when they try to send a print job or make copy the copier would read processing then it shut down what would cause that

KF you mention it may be the FB6-3641 that's bad what are some of the print problem that it will cause, i printed a black background and get the same 2 white streak, i shake the drum it seem ok so...

can we narrow it down to FB6-3641 or drum if i get a cyan drum will it fix it or if i get a FB6-3641 will it fix it

i was able to get the drivers some old one from canon wbsite to work with the db25 cable connection to PC, however i still cannot get the network connection to work i have 30 computer i try running...
