is it single click SRA3, half 400k life?
its from all intrernal and paper feed unit trays, about 1 to 2mm. My customer doing 80gsm no problem, but over 200gsm duplex with crop marks sticks out like a sore thumb!! :(
is it me or are all C6?7000 engines giving first side skew, adjustments make no change evenwith latest firmware?
could anyone give me a clue how you get fiery remote scan working ox this engine. i have used it on konica minolta but this same method dosent work. what am i doing wrong? thanks in advance
if the paper is set correct there is probebly nothing you can do as this is right on the limits of the engine
check the conections of :
FD-501 control board (15AG-9310)
Main body I/F wiring (15AG90320)
SD-501 control board (15AN-9310)
FSN I/F wiring (15AN90020)
in my case the sd-501 control caused...
if you look in the product guide you will find that the stapler has a capacity of 50 pages but lower on booklet and also paper weight ect
the fuser unit causes this problem, in the past we have had bushings damaged but also pressure between belt and roller
thanks very much intels
i didnt know if the bottles fitted both engines.
can anyone tell me if bixhub 6501-TN612 toner fits in the DEVELOP Ineo+6501 ?
I had this same problem a while ago and it turned out to be the fuser drive motor page 40 part number 1. 56AA 8007 2 DC BRUSHLESS MOTOR 30
Before this i tried all the usual rollers/lamps/thermisters...
are you sure there is not an internal IP921 installed? how many network conections are on the side of the engine? dose anything change when you press the Print hard key?
is it skew or registration? 5 mm front to rear reg problem can be due to cassette position never had a major problem on lead edge reg. the skew is adjusted by loop and cd and fd correction.
thanks for the input, i have fitted hv2, t/s unit, drum, dev unit and dev, registration unit and motor, full fuser unit conveyance belts, drum sep shaft and pawls and all six million service rollers...
if it looks like thin light scratches in feed direction we have had the same a couple of times and only swoping the dev unit cured the problem reoccuring
In the uk i am having lots of 1050 engines giving the same jams J31-02 and occationaly J21-01 either jamming up in drum pawls or the main one is turning over itself and not entering the fuser unit....
I agree with Si that A03ur70300 work with both but if you have a fussy customer try using the A03ur70300 housing with C500 gold coated grids for best results on copy quality.
I have a bizhub 950 with 400k on the total counter and from day one it has jammed with the J72-24 code on 80gsm A4R or A3. This is the same as the previous 920 model were it fails to enter the stack...
Sc23-13 intermediate toner hopper gears not meshing correctly or locked/blockage can also cause this error
possible dev unit failure. do test patern 1 at density 90 for all colours and check for faint missing lines.
it is situated at the rear lower right of the engine. if i can remember it has two or three conectors.
i have had a couple of encoders damaged
this is not a case of misled, this is common sense more coverage less copies out of a toner!!! all engines are the same.
personally speaking i find that paper is to cause for this in most cases although the duplex exit roller and its drive motor also give the same affect and also a rare j94-01
