Hi. Had some special firmware from Germany that seems to have done the trick. No issues for a few weeks now. Also the current firmware V4.023 should contain this special firmware as well.

We have many mpc5000 m/c's out, and some are having this trouble with constantly jamming around the fuser.(wrapping around orange roller) Now this only happens on full colour, b/w seems fine....

Is it possible to reset fusers drum and transfer units on these models ?????

sc542 is a fuser code so u also need to reset sp5-810(fuser sc reset)otherwise code will stay there.
