I don't know konica machines but I think you should set the machine to original settings and than think about what you did to scanner and try to recitfy that.

It's been a while now I have not worked on that but check the drive for cyan dev. Is it through a clutch ??

hi It normally comes from PtR section. code is for ID sensor but actually nothing to do with that. Its arcing somewhere in PTR section.. remove and check the bottom plates for bent or damage..

go to service mode and do RAM clear.

how old is the developer. try new developer. it might be from td sensor.
