Hi guys!
Just solved this one.
If you get J102 on SR5000 when you are NOT punching, check if the mylars inside the Punch Unit are torn.
Hope this helps anyone.

Hi there!
Just to let you know, I ended up suggesting to the client the Hold/Locked Print options, because when the job is released a screen appears to confirm the quantity. Although it is not...
Quick update:
I've talked to Ricoh and they say it's not possible without some external software like Equitrac, Papercut or something like that.

I'll contact Ricoh to...

Hi there!
I got this one today on a MP6002, when duplexing or printing face-down. The sheet stopped at the Duplex Entrance sensor.
The inverter sensor was ok and the rest of the rollers, guides,...
I've found it! The part number is A121PP0N00.
Should've searched before posting. Hope it helps someone.
Hello!
We have a machine that has the scanner belt broken. I looked in the Parts Catalog but there's no part number for the belt, only for the entire scanner.
Does anyone know the part number for...
Hello!
Yes, it's only for the Cxx04 models.
Slimslob I did all these steps with the network cable disconnected. After each step, the error could appear on the first power up, or after 3 or 4 restarts.
The original BICU and NVRAM from the...
I'm not saying that my answer is the correct one. I'm just trying to give more options because all the ones that were mentioned seem to don't do what Sahil102 wants. On his first post he mentioned...
I reseated the connectors and so far so good. The Sleep Mode Timer was set to 60 minutes and I changed it to 10min.
Thanks Zeldaman! If the error appears again I'll replace the thermopile.
I forgot to mention that the error has appeared when the machine is copying/printing, not on standby.
Hello!
Here's another one from this beautiful model.
This one is firing SC561, we reset with SP5810 and it works fine for a few days or hours. It also issued SC562-03 once in April.
The manual...
"Step and Repeat" is also called "Gang Up Repeat".
I think this is what you want to do: YouTube
This a Fiery Server
EFI Fiery Digital Print Servers | Ricoh USA
The only thing I know that has something like "Step and Repeat", is a Fiery Server with the Impose option.
UPDATE:
SC899 appeared again yesterday morning. I don't know if the detail of the error is the same because we received the auto notification email alert.
We're back to the drawing board...
