    Re: MPC2500 Duplex Gear

    So here is an update.

The problem is solved! The first time I went there I was in a hurry and didn't give a proper look. Yesterday I tested all the trays and found a paper clip inside the bypass...

    [Jamming] [SOLVED] Pro 1107 + SR5000 with J102

    Hi guys!

    Just solved this one.

If you get J102 on SR5000 when you are NOT punching, check if the mylars inside the Punch Unit are torn.

    Hope this helps anyone.

In Europe, it's the sucessor to the Kir-C4 (MP2001/2501). It's an A3 BW model with a smaller SOP v2.5.

Just to let you know, I ended up suggesting to the client the Hold/Locked Print options, because when the job is released a screen appears to confirm the quantity. Although it is not...
  9. Re: Ricoh - Limit maximum quantity in print jobs

    Quick update:

I've talked to Ricoh and they say it's not possible without some external software like Equitrac, Papercut or something like that.
  10. Re: Ricoh - Limit maximum quantity in print jobs

I'm pretty sure this is possible with Papercut or WELP, but, as always, the customer doesn't want to spend any money. It may also work with some kind of Powershell script.

    I'll contact Ricoh to...

I reseated the connectors and so far so good. The Sleep Mode Timer was set to 60 minutes and I changed it to 10min.

Thanks Zeldaman! If the error appears again I'll replace the thermopile.

    Hello!

Here's another one from this beautiful model.
This one is firing SC561, we reset with SP5810 and it works fine for a few days or hours. It also issued SC562-03 once in April.

"Step and Repeat" is also called "Gang Up Repeat".
