When printing on a 11" vs 14"...what if any are the differences? Paper is longer....but does timing change, voltage, etc. something that would cause the image to fail..

Also I changed the laser...

No diff. also I made a mistake in my original post......8 by 11.5" is the only one that prints good....14" and 11 by 17" suck.......almost blank

The paper type is set as plain....the drum was changed about 2 yrs ago. and it was about $1500. so I cant swap it to see what happins...no Christmas bonus for the next 10yrs. if I did that.....

When using 14" paper there is a void band going across...

Sold a used copier to a person and it looks like the CE password has to be reset...dont know what it is and if it isn't the default just how do you clear it.
