check the wire harness near the lvps. had couple of machines where the wire there were rubbing.

check SP5126 and make sure it is set to the correct setting

What size paper is it saying you need to have. I had a machine ask for 7 1/2 X10 in paper when feeding letter size paper. found one of the setting set to the wrong setting.

pull the fuser and check the heat roll drive gear. could be cracked. this is a common problem with this machine.

set the machine to copy mode. press function original size and 3. Go to f9, 06 ram initalize 04 to lbp fuser reset press start. power off then on.

Does the machine have a bridge unit? If so glue so shimm stock on the actuator. It is possible that the bridge unit is causing the problem.

why not get a wavier signed before doing any work. This way you are not liable if their system goes down.

When you use the doc feeder does the paper feed down to the invertor assy?

What jam code are you getting? Try running the machine without the finisher, and see if it works. Could be ink build up on the fuser entrance guide also.
