switch shows Cherry T85 && only number on it is 35945

MX-3501N has light prints (black) even with 22-6. System settings print exposure setting is maxed to dark, DR & DV 56k. This machine has basiclly been this way from new. Customer just now seeing it...

Try using an excessive amount of setting powder on the drum & blade. I believe there is a tech bulletin on this issue.
