First go into SP modes and make test patern for each colour this way you can check if you have any drum unit problems, if the problem persist on each colour then you go for transfer belt and anything...

You propably have a bad air flow inside the machine client must be using a lot of duplex side, replace all filters and check air flow and check developer unit for overtoning

As mentioned above this is a common feed rollers problem you need to replace them as a set.

Are you using original toner? if you are, then there is a firmware update you will find it in the ricoh download drivers site.....
