Hello everyone! I am facing a lot of problems on my Doc250 for the last few days. Black is printing erratically. I have changed Drums, Drums Unit and Developer Unit but no joy. Initialized all NVM...
I am using OEM toner for magenta only since original toner was not available. No I did not check developer blade but I opened the developer cover and manually rotated the mag roller to observe any...

Another thing. The toner sticks to the charging roller in the drum unit. If you wipe it off and print, the first print sometimes comes out clean but subsequent prints develop the problem again. I am...
Hi Exok! Thanks for your feedback. The images you are seeing were printed not copied. The Magenta drum unit appeared to be the culprit at first. I swapped it with the yellow one. Same Problem. Again...
Hello everyone! The Docu 250 I operate has started giving problems in the Magenta developer section. It streaks the paper in the inbord side with magenta colour. (Picture attached). I have swapped...
Hi everyone! Some days back I had to change the fuser roller in my DC 250. Before that the machine used to give a nice glossy finish to the prints. But after the change the print abruptly changed to...
Check Mylar film in yellow developer unit for damage and check for ROS contamination.
The Flat TAPE TYPE connectors are loose in the Cyan/Black ROS. Also check the end of the connections to the MCU. Reseat them carefully coz very fragile things.
Sorry for licking your heads guys! You are really great people. I found it. The magenta developer charging connector at the back was bent and was obstructing the spring from touching the developer...
Sorry!!! where should I check for drum grounding?
You asked to check if aluminium part of the magenta drum was properly connected to the ground. I had put the cyan and yellow in place of magenta. All of the drums cannot be faulty. so I take it the...
Hi Adrian! The magenta drum unit was replaced by the cyan and yellow drum unit with no positive result so ground is ok. Next the developer is rotating because the developer motor is rotating cyan and...
Thanks Adrian! Looking into it and will let you know soon.
Hi InterfaceP! As directed by you I have swapped the magenta 1st BTR with the cyan. But the problem remains. What should I look for the developer BIAS PWB? The connectors look OK to me. I should...
Hi InterfaceP! Here is the picture you asked for. I have changed the developer material, fitted a new developer assy and also changed drum unit. But no joy.:(
Hello everyone! My Docucolor 250 machine doesn't let me have peace for a day. It is printing faded magenta on the whole sheet. The magenta prints like bands and the print has lost its sharpness too....
Yes. That section was the problematic one. Actually the contact point in the scorotron had somehow receded inside. Had to pull it out with pliers. Voila! No error now! Thanks for your support guys!!!...
Thanks for your reply Adrian! I will look into it.
Another thing I forgot to say. This thing had happened earlier also but the fault went away on its own.
Hi Exok! I have replaced the scorotron and after that also replaced the drum unit, but the error does not go away.
Hello everyone! My Docu 250 is displaying error code 091-320. Does anyone have the nvm code needed to reset the error? Thanks in advance....:)
Hi, Can you access Command Workstation? Can you print from there?
