As you may know, this machine use only one drum and 4 developing unit rotate around drum so toner usually drop...
Try to use Controller-self diagnosis function on iR Advance series.

TGM may be target machine. There is firmware failure in USB so program could not find suitable firmware.
Try to register firmware into USB and do it again.

There is no official technical bulletin about stuck of gears in drum unit.
You have to do modification by yourself if you want to save cost.
