i had that problem and I fixed with service mode 24 and 20 and i haven't heard from them.

This may work open the PDF file go to print and select advanced, in advanced check the box that says print as image and try to print good luck!!

I had that problem with this machines and i fixed removing the left upper mirror and cleaned with windex check the other mirror these machines I don't know why but depend in the location start...

If the white lines is in the middle remove the mirror or use a flash light to check every one sometimes you need to use windex to remove the cloud that is in it....

I had that problem before and my problem was in simulation 252 that destination was wrong
remenber for Kyocera had to be in 2 and for Copystar have to be in 66 make sure you got the right driver
