sharp finally sent out a memo about this. something about a binding developing unit. if your drum unit and fuser are good, check the dv unit and turn it manually to see if it hesitates
gate solenoid padding is worn out. what i do is either put some small strips of electrical tape on the pad. it works fine after that.
did you take out and clean that laser glass? theirs like a plastic holder that comes out holding the glass. usually toner mists on those things and come out as "smudges" on the print outs.
feed direction. the void is at the trail. 2/3rds of the image is gone. i heard the compressed image thing is the drum flywheel in the back of the machine. i will check it out if the customer calls...
hey guys i was wondering if you can help me with this intermittent problem i have on a toshiba estudio 850. the machine has close to two million copies on it. what happens is that intermittently it...
same thing from printer people. had a c451 with jamming from both lct trays turned out to be a stripped motor in the back of the lct.
YEP. konica is where its at as far as feed rollers. they last forever! well not forever but pretty long. the toshiba feed rollers dont last half as long as the KM's. one thing i do like about toshiba...
fixed it. the cleaning blade is spring loaded on those drum assemblys. one of the springs i guess came off so it was only cleaning one side and was streaking the drum on the other side. i dont know...
i would think it would be the trays. for some reason those blue paddles dont stay pushed up against the paper. i had one that skewed and creased only from tray 3 and i just swapped the tray with a...
they are more streaky than dirty. its like if it needs a new cleaning blade even though i replaced the whole drum assembly. i will be going there today so i will take a picture. i replaced the...
hi i have a couple of questions for everyone. i have a couple of bizhub 421's out in the field that keep getting dirty copies and i vacuum, clean, and run all the adjustments and around 17k copies...
i had a c250 with a noise coming from the waste toner auger part of the machine. me and a senior tech dismantled it and the customer got a loaner machine because that thing never worked after...
are they brand new oem dv units? the older ones were known to strip on the older model bizhubs.

oh man good luck. um.. ive seen the fuser connector in the back of the machine get a hairline crack and code out. also the frame of the adu where the fuser sits, make sure its not tweaked. ive seen...
they really are a pain. its worse if the customer prints large jobs. all i can think is probably flashing the firmware to the latest one.
have you tried formatting the hd? doing so will erase scan and print info including the one touches, but ive seen it cure slow machines and weird problems on those machines.
nope none of the previous worked. what fixed it was their was a setting issue on 08 - 803 it was supposed to be defaulted to 20. that fixed it. seems one of the other techs was poking around trying...
ive got an e studio 520 that keeps performing an "auto calibration" after every printout or copy job you run. i've replaced the drum and developer and even went as far as replaced the developer tank...
man it can be anything! and i say that literally! thermostats, thermistors, fuse in the ih board, ih board, the fuser connector in the back of the machine, power supply, logic board. id start in the...
i dont get it. are you trying to duplex card stock? i've had a customer try that but it didnt work. i dont think the c450 can do it.
are u sure it isnt the yellow imaging unit? ive had it where the IU spills developer onto the led and streaks of yellow get on the transfer belt.
i put that on anything. it was a sharp arm350, luckily she filled up the large cap tray with those prestapled papers and it only made it on the paper transport side on the bottom left, right...
hhahahahahha! i actually had that about 3 weeks ago! but anyways my customer pre-stapled her paper and placed them in the paper tray so when she made copies they would come out already stapled!!!...
