The web solenoid has been replaced... still not working.

New Pansonic installations only lasting 60K on drum and developer which is suppose to last to 120K.

These models are using alot of toner, not getting proper yields or anything close to what it...

brand new copier, has only 180 copies on it...

in a run... the is a black band looking section that happens... intermittant...
this only happens on the black and the colours are fine.

There is a Panasonic bulletin, # TI-H21-30...
The toner pipe slides in and cuts off toner supply and starves the dev... there is a part change.
Try pulling out this pipe. We had the same problem.

Panasonic DP1820 Copier

Copier makes a copy and then continues to run on and then an error of J 97 occurs.

This error is not in the book... has anyone had this error and how do I fix it.

Original on the glass and when you press print the adf also tries to feed the original.

Just replaced a toner cartridge and now getting jamming and info code 184 and 185.
Any ideas... no reference to those codes in the manual.
