Let me get this straight... , so you put black dev in ..let's say magenta dev unit ,run 200 sky shot to empty the black toner and then sim 25-2, but if your dev is fill with magenta toner it should...

I assume that you adjust your dev (25-2) with the toner bottle out...

And 23-2 will give you time & date of the jams from both feeder and machine:cool:

How do you reach those flag there is a plastic protector that covers them (clud1), by the way in sim 30 the sensor clud1 is hilighted even if if i take the cassette out.

Error code f3-12 tray 1 prob. the motor is turning but display shows ''tray 1 ready to open'' even if there is paper in.

mx2610n light copy after black dev -drum change, in order to get a darker copy i had to put the old drum unit back in, do you have any idea ??

Usually it's the MC corona that cause the kind of prob you have ,take a good look at the charge and see if the sawtooth are not bent.

Advance c5240 usend not shown on screen and it is suppose to be built in, i did all the setup in simulation to activate the send, without any luck, is there a way to make it work.

Also make sure that you use the same driver language for computer and printer.

That's the point ,it's a bit weird but even if i use tray # 2 it will still jam with jam code ''tray 1'', could it be related to the drive unit ??:confused:

MXM450n jam in duplex,it will do a certain amount of copies (around 10) , jam code ''tray 1'' ,even if i use the 2nd tray the jam code is Tray 1 , the paper stop at the exit of adu right before it...

I do have a lot of them on the road,and i have to say that they are quite easy to work on and reliable,as long as you do the maintenance in time there should be no prob.

Since the trial mode is still available why don't you give it a try until it finishes (50 scans i think), i have to admit that it is quite an odd issue

Mxm2615 noise (kind of skweek) comes from the fuser ,updates are all done,is there any new fix for that

PPD1_ST1, is it related to the ps roll unit or the rollers of the 1st cassette??

SIM 62-1 will format the whole thing except operation manual area:cool:, did it just last week on mxm 363n ,there is no prob. the copier will start back don't worry.
