there are no delay jam codes as i know of just the Error code and the customer only prints to it .

we have tried both Bypass & deck it runs ok as heavy 2 stock

its on mainly Mac...

We tried coated stock through the bypass with the relevant stock settings
and it still threw the E021 0101...

The deck is registered for coated stock ,it switches on fans that improve separation of the coated...

hi yes they are i think its a Fiery GX300 it looks a bit like a Q2 rip.
The customer is making brochures on them then using an offline perfect binder and trimmer.

sorry i should have said its more of a wrinkle almost like a z fold .
when you watch the paper going through the machine you can see the wrinkle as the paper takes its path under duplex assy...

Its a weird one i think the delivery and reverse assemblies are very flimsy.
If i put a heavy stock a3/sra3 through bypass it jams...

when printing on a3 or sra3 stock face down print it has a kink in the page about 3 quarters down the page .

a4 is fine but getting occasional 010d jam
