I changed Auto reduce to off when I returned for the reports to see if it changed anything which it didn't.
No none of the trays have any labels on them so all plain. Tray 1 is locked as it has yellow paper in it but I have turned off the lock and no change.

Strip the toner hopper and check the 4 mylar paddles haven't come unstuck
As the other guy stated wiring loom part numbers are in the point to point not the parts list usually.
Pull the paper feed unit out, there is a mylar that is hard to see when its in the device but it can tear or come unstuck.
Make sure the black bed that the dress sensor looks down on is free from paper dust, have had dusty machines do the same.

Check toner saving isn't turned on, that gives lovely washed out copies if you like that sort of thing

Am guessing you changed the K print heads only? Might be worth retracing your print head replacement steps in case its not fitted correctly.
Have since replaced the USB lead from the IPU and Ops Panel to cure this fault.
