    The ricoh usa tsrc site has been stating there is a problem with some of the package firmware. Try again and use the individual firmware files in a romdata folder, as was suggested earlier

    check for a pinched wire on the center thermistor. we usually do not have much issues beyond cleaning the thermistors and resetting the code

    agree with this. had one that had some damage to the door linkage on both sides, gave this image due to the LED array out of whack. had to re-align and then replacre the linkage.

    SC5810 is for fusing reset and does not affect tray codes. 502 as stated earlier is your tray lift motor. i would say to swap it out

    this is correct. there are probably chunks of dv blocking the dr blade. some folks run a business card or plastic mylar to see if the image changes.

    My knee must be naturally magnetic, because it usually finds the dropped screw....

    i also put something underneath a clip when it is tricky to get off as a safety net.

    A local grocery chain we service has them and uses them for shelf signs of different sizes and paper types, generally not to many issues. Replace the PM kits as needed.
