yeaha, got a new 2552 in today before run up put the 200k new drum, booted waited till it had finished its initial phase, still 200k on drum, not even that can help em fellas, make sure the new guy...

the young guy said he did but who knows, i did when i put the second new one in its all good, i was afraid of the 1st drum being stuck at 200k, was hoping a different machine would reset it to zero.

is the ground the tiniest bit uneven, was a problem for me, only the slightest lean caused me to have waste toner full

yeaha check the coronas first, but i've also had broken waste orgas do some strange errors, and make sure the drum sits in correctly with the drive gear and the dev isn't to loose or tight

also is the td voltage the same as other 3 colours? sp 3-201
and whats the yellow replenish rate sp 3-044

yeah i did clean the sensors but i didnt check em in sp mode, i just swapped the whole adf around though, that fixed it :D

i have a 2022 which i have recently replaced the harness for the adf, and a clutch in the adf was replaced a little while ago aswell, it was working while i was there but as soon as i left it started...

i have an 1820 where the solenoid that releases the paper feed clutch is not acitivating after the first page is through, it works once than decides not to, i have to take out the duplex guide reset...

fixed it, it was actually the upper tray level switch was in the wrong position, thanks for the help

yeah it is the same, i got a service manual but the only error code i can find is 792, the code on the screen just says '798 finisher error'

i have a brand new 2851, which i have run up and got working but when i put the finisher on, it says that it has a 798 error, i cant find that error anywhere, and dont know what to do. any help would...
