Thank you for the reply. We know this is normally how you would re-calibrate the screen, problem is the screen is so off that we cannot access this mode. Kind of a catch 22.

IR5000 has a touchscreen that is out of sync with the LCD. Center of screen works ok but as you move to the outer areas of the screen the touch function doesn't line up with the LCD button images...
