Is the unit asking you to reset it???.. Only thing I know there is a a "reset maintenance" option...Along with a "transfer belt fail clear" option... But the last option is only to clear belt...
Nope, If you are sure it's the Jet Direct then u must replace it... Some of the older plotters are also "finicky" if you upgrade the Jet Direct so it's better to replace with same version......
It will never happen...Lol... Most of these problems happen when Refurb fusers are replaced... Unfortunately on these models as Wild Bill mentions it is always a good idea to replace with new...

Thanks Prnt... I just left it alone and and recorded the s/n imprinted on the tag.. Just thought it may have been on another menu I did not know about.. That is a little too technical..lol..

Yes, usually on these printer you do it thru the HP toolbox...
