Its the latest firmware on the machine. I've tried and failed using win7, server 2003, and win xp. All fail when it comes scanning to hostname, but ip is working fine.

I use eprint on my Ipad + iphone to print to a MPC. Its about $2 in the aussie app store. Its basic a driver, but it works.

doesn't work host name but works IP, normally means you don't have a working DNS entered. Host name can be found in apple, system prefrences im pretty sure.

Have you tried just browsing the exact shared network path? \\computer-name\scans so enter that or whatever the shared path name is into the folder path and press browse see if your login details...

have you tried running it while cheating the finisher door? it might give you a better view of what's going on inside.

Can you manually enter the size of the com10 in custom size?

also im guessing you're printing from WORD? if you are have you tried changing page setup (so it looks for com10 envelopes)?

I've read that you can change supervisor if you go into Factory mode, haven't had a look myself. (Not SP mode), otherwise you're probably gonna have to replace NVRAM. let us know if you need help...
