assuming these parts causes it...the big question i have is..why it's not affecting or jamming on letter r or any size paper except on letter size? just wondering

been there done that...that jam code is different..this is not caused by bent registration inlet guide

guess ur right... i think canon need to add one more vertical roller to hold or help push letter size paper when its on fuser assembly.

like ir 3045 / 4570/ for their annoying jam code 0107, this ir 5020 has its own version jam code 0110. these two models have both common problem. they only jam when you run on letter size paper....

what causes the annoying 0107 by the way. had any body have a permanent fixed for this?
