    I would try tracert in a DOS window from WS. It will tell you if and where the network loses the info.
    Had an account that had many switches going to copier and one was flakey.

    Can't be reg clutch because 1701 is a delay jam between PS 44 and PS 32.
    PS 44 is before registration. PS 44 had a notch in it and I smoothed it out with a Scotchbrite pad.

    I turned gears manually to advance web when the web gear popped on #17 and wouldn't advance further.
    Removed drive unit and noticed Frame #15 was slightly bent....

    Don't use command workstation to print.

    Use the print driver with the tcp/ip port set to LPR and the queue as PRINT all in caps.
    Let the computer do the translating to the machine.

    Got a MP 2553 off lease and customer wants it to scan to folder.
