Developer is leaking to Cleaning Unit. After replacement of new Developer (Type 24) & Development Unit the problem is same. Please is there any one suggest me how to solve the problem. With regards.

The power supply Board is found defective. After reair DC 24V. is found & but DC 5V & DC 12V. is not found.
