I suspect your laser (don't know what it's called on HP machines, but xerox usually calls them Raster Output Scanners.) Check if there's no obstruction in the path of light.
Finally, fixed. Problem was the fuser (which the manual also advises to test .. then again, if your employer wants 100% assurance before they obtain parts for you .. you're damned. found an old...
I hope there will not be chaos once everyone starts their own advertising all over the forum because money is life. That said, this 5035 still has the jam, and the manual hasn't shed any light so...
Then why do you hijack posts in this manner? In the previous thread i started i specifically said I have the manual for this machine, but you went ahead and made your post, which i really think is...
Anyone please tell me if the above post is by a bot  I'm really annoyed by this.
I am getting a constant 13.05 jam on my HP M5035. I have tested each of the sensors in the paper path, as well as the drives.
The paper stops just on entering the fuser, but i have confirmed the...
Well, it was my own stupidity .. ensured that all gears within are in good condition. This was not exactly true, as one of the gears was worn out. It's the gear with two sets of teeth.. which drives...
Problemo solved... Thanks for the help and ideas guys
Yes, it is something to do with the scanner. Check if the ribbon cable between CCD and main board is correctly connected .. you can even check it for continuity. Make sure as well that the voltages...
It's a pity that the OP doesn't give enough information. On which side and direction is it blank? And now it's completely blank?
Unfortunately I am not working on Xerox machines these days ... but what happens when you just put in a dummy domain, or workgroup, etc?
Domain name specified on the machine should not affect the...
Very helpful post Brandon55. Kudos man!
I am 100% sure the problem is not in the fuser area. I also have tried different toner cartridges, as well as disassembled the whole main drive assembly....
Thanks a million. In my particular machine, the problem clearly has to do with the toner/drum cartridge. if i actuate (in Troubleshooting mode) the Drum motor, then the noise can be heard. But I'll...
Hmm, it can be many things. Could you please give a bit more info...
Most usually half-page prints are caused by bad drivers, insufficient memory on machine or spool, etc
Thanks for the link to manuals. I actually have with me the Service Manual for the machine. Nonetheless, problem is still there.
Please help me with the HP M5035MFP. It makes a rattling sound, as if some gears are wearing out. The noise appears to be within the toner cartridge assembly, between the gears of the photoreceptor...
Thanks for the info nilak. Thanks everyone for your interest too.
Perhaps, Jonathan, you would like to tell us more about your problem. For example, do the fans work, which of the LEDs on the IOT board light up, and is everything connected securely?
@bojans: With all due respect, I know they work. I am only curious to know what things you can do if you login with the correct user name and password. It will not be a big deal if we lose one of the...
I hope this won't waste anyone's time. We have a number of Pro45 Network Controllers lying idle in our office. I noticed they have a VGA connector for a monitor, which I have hooked up to one of...
I have just been looking at the Service Manual for the machine. It appears that you really have to change the CCD
Here's IQ1 procedure from the Manual -
IQ 1 Checking the Quality of Prints and...
Sorry, I had not noticed you mentioning that prints are ok. In that case, you may have to check exposure levels. Worst case you may even have to replace the CCD module.
Meaning of code - Black Dispense failure
Check the operation of the Black Dispense Motor. (in diagnostics, dc330, component 093-009.
If it is working fine, check Low Toner Sensor K and also...
Probably dirty laser (ROS) window
Try to check your toner. Otherwise you may have to clean the window on the Laser Unit
