no piles very clean (little blue toner not much) and the mag roller spins nicely just like the other colors

this machine has only 12k on it everything looks whole and in perfect condition
has anyone else had issues like this

Mpact we have see this many times and found that there are obstructions between the doc blade and the mag roller in the developer sections
