Make sure the reading plate (white guide who push the paper on the slit glass) is not stuck on one side, it is spring loaded and need to move freely on both side.

I think you need sharpdesk to scan to desktop. You don't if you scan to a network folder.

But i can't remember if you can scan to a network folder with the arm355.

Your sppd2 sensor can still be the problem. Had similar issue this week.

Try to manually set dv reference to 105 (sim 80) after new dv is installed and 25-2 has been done. This fix worked out for me.

What value did you get after you did sim 25-2 ?

After replacing Drum/DV and before running calibration, make sure process sensor in the transfert unit is clean. Location of the sensor is not very obvious.
