Im getting code 801 scanning, customer's network automatic changes passwords for there users computer, would this cause problem.

Copier says Platen Glass is Dirty. Cleaned all optics still says it after scanning

As the paper comes out of the copier it hesitates to feed into the finisher causing the paper to buckle as it goes into the finisher.

The Coronas are coming on. Replaced Lazer, drum unit, Copier can scan to PDF. There is just no Image on paper.
