Having same issue witj a c6500 km. Replaced reg roller assy. Oneways on fuser.
Replaced sensors at reg and clutches.

First thing you may want to do is check your black IU. Make sure it is dumping developer, if so machine will need cleaning and IU will need replacemnt.
Could be failed switchback gate control.
Check the switchback gate for dragging, staying up or increased tension and replace Switch Solenoid (SD1) if necessary (p/n 9321 2200 32).
