KM-P4845w controller cannot connect-load (The Green Led "on Line" is blicking continuously).

Print out problem.
When Printing or copying a grayscalled line is appeared in the bottom of a A4 page which looks like a dirt from wasted toner (pls see atachement). No messages or error codes...

I have already updated the firmware and re-intsalled the machine from scratch but nothing happened .The problem still exists..
