Ive got this exact problem - take the problem IU out and put a known good one in and its is perfect. The drum started of perfect and gradually got lighter towards the back.

the fure cam out of a c350 - not reset. Worked a treat in that machine but once it went in 450 i had this prob - just turned down the fuser speed to 60 (lowest) - will let you know if thats the prob....

Ive got the exact same prob - ghost imgage after a few pages have been printed - tried new IU's, Transfer belt and even swopped over a fuser. What do you reckon should be adjusted first.
