Replaced the PCU PWB with a service part (used one from our bone yard) and code stayed gone :D
Bars were still there so I replaced the LCD and it all good now...

I checked the MC unit for correct seating, also checked CN2 for broken wires or pin damage. I called Sharp and they said to replace the ICU PWB. Went to order...
Well... replacing the ICU PWB fixed the problem... still not sure what the code meant but at least it's fixed... :)

Just an update on the machine... about three weeks ago I replaced the motherboard.... so far so good!! Knock on wood***
The motherboard also houses the DC-DC converter as mentioned as the possible...
