On our Bizhub C250 it all of a sudden came up with an error code like C2555 or similar, my memory is fading in old age. The code pointed to low toner density in the magenta toner cartridge.

One more question, I have the green pico fuse but can't see any shrink wrap or fuses on the fuser unit to replace, what am I missing?

That's what I am trying to do, does the connector pull straight out? I am not game to pull too hard, does it have clips holding it in?

Thanks to the help from people on here I have finally fixed our troublesome C250.

First it was replace the color imaging units that had only done 252 copies each. I sent and got the reset chips...

To get to the 80ma fuse for the transfer belt take off the bar with the stripper finger, 2 screws, then remove the spring on the end and the circlip, then the silver metal plate that is the handle....
