Yea, absolutely no response. And it is 17. So the tray asks for paper even when half full. What is weird is it is both motors....so hunting that common denominator that would link this double...
DLUM1 and DLUM2 in 4-3 pop off immediately.
looking.....although thought that was for LCC only so looking
Nope, no go in sim. All the connections seem to be fine as well (have the back cover off as we speak). The boards show no sign of damage either (there seems to have been a little rough handling in...
Removed the above machine from customers business back to shop. Tray 1 and 2 were working fine at customers but now back at shop shows paper empty on 1 and 2 apparently because lift motors are not...
Update:
Thanks for the replies. Turns out (my fault I guess) that the replacement fuser that was sent with me to swap had a crack in the fuser belt, So when swapped, gave the same result. So...
Thanks will be considering that again if still a dead end. I just pulled the LSU to check it....and sure enough, a hair was sitting on the slit glass below the shutter. Excited as I thought it was...
On both prints and copies an irregular white void line occurs (in color and BW). Transfer belt, all dv and drum units and fuser unit were swapped (replaced) and there was no improvement. The theory...
We adjusted the height and one or two other things and now it is good to go. Thanks for the responses!
Kyocera 300i makes dirty copies ONLY through ADF.... when placed on the glass copiers are just fine. Perhaps light is slipping in someplace?
Anyone see this phenomenon before? See attached scan.
Thanks for the response. Have powered on with front door open, no messages or response from the touch screen....have tried it with LAN cable out, fuser open ect ect. Also does not allow webpage...
Have one of these in the field that upon start up shows the sharp logo for about 5 seconds (active swirling of the stars ect) then freezes the display....then a clunk, then turns on all the fans...
May lose the client. Not much to adjust on these machines. DP is "jamming" according to client and log (but I could not duplicate) but even more worrisome is that paper from cassette 1 was running...
I have seen it and working on one now. This machine is a new install and has Multiple Multiple DP jams. Kyocera tech support says the Retard Roller may have too much tension and to remove clutch,...
Yes. Cyan drum unit entirely replaced. No help.
F2-65 code is now being thrown and I have seen now several threads relating to the Cyan being the constant culprit. Has anyone had a definitive fix for this problem as yet? It is just filling the...
Thanks for the new directions, will try again today.
Downloaded the GDI package, went to the install, still failed. Lol no button on Sharpdesk to search for the scanner (like the networking version), although the computer can see copier. I followed...
Downloading now.....wonder if it still has that very cryptic license key that SD 3.2 has (;)). This is an offsite installation so I hope it works. Sorry for the ignorance....but what does the GDI...
Thank you for the response. Did try the GDI print driver in the list (still would not print) but not sure if I downloaded a GDI version of SharpDesk. Will look in that direction. And of course I...
Have the above model that a client wants to use for scanning from a laptop (direct Connect via USB 2 to USB 1.1) and I have found no way to make that happen. This is not on a network so no assigned...
But of course and update, it solves the problem but blanks ALL of the printer info, lol so it broke the scanning to the 40 listed users. Thankfully their IT runs a special network so it is their...
Actually, just started with the 67-17 (a sim not listed in the manual btw) cured the problem without the calibration.
Thanks for the Help!
Calibrated two months ago, now problem is back. Will calibrate again and hope to fix. It almost seems like they are running a certain report on a regular basis that destroys the machines brain.......
