    just about anything will help, I use glass cleaner a lot but I use it for everything. Won't make it new again but will help a not-too-picky customer's CQ and save you a couple bucks.

    Kyocera Printers + Envelopes = Shit. If the envelope is wrinkling try a different envelope, if it is jamming make sure the fuser is set for envelopes.
