I have a replacement DC Controller PCB arriving today. But, given these suggestions and the question of which fan is really the culprit, I will do some more testing......

OK, I replaced the fan (with a used fan), and get the same error more regularly.
Both the original and the replacement fans spin freely, and passed the PART-CHK.

I have added the SCANSLCT setting (it was 0) - no effect.
Confirmed the MODEL-SZ as 1.

I have reseated the interface board connectors, and now the feeder...

BTW: This copier did not originally have a doc feeder attached.
Are there settings that need to be made to the reader unit when adding the DADF-K1?

I have a problem with the scanner in a C3220 that does not return fast/far enough when using the DADF-K1. (letter size copies)

If copying single pages, no problem. Even two pages usually are OK. ...

I had a machine do this to me...
I disconnected the imagePASS, powered up the copier, and the LCD panel came back to life.
Then powered off, reconnected the imagePASS, and powered back up.

I have two C3220s (both working), but need to get rid of one. The copier I want to keep has a C1 ImagePass on it, and the other a C2. I would prefer to keep the C2 since it is more current...

I have a C3220 with a C2 ImagePass and a saddle stitch finisher. When attempting to print booklets (5.5 x 8.5 pages on letter R) and use a cover from a different source, I end up with the cover paper...
