just replaced tray one feed motor and machine is saying tray one unavailable is there something i have to clear out or reset after replacing it??

if i do color registration will work fine on regular paper heavy stock paper within specs through the bypass the black is off with other colors correct paper type and weight selected

jamming from tray 4 and 5 code 1701 replaced feed tires and added weights any suggestions

replaced duplex spring loaded curved guide plate under decurling assembly and took care of problem thanx

tray 4 has slight skew that the customer is complaining about. tried new rollers and adjusting tray.

copies come out wavy when coming out face down and jam going into duplex machine has only 70k on it cleaned all feed tires and replaced decurling roller any suggestions ?

copies look fuzzy not crisp and sharp has new black dev unit has 125k black copies and 15k in color cleaned everything in side (drums,dev units,tx belt ) any suggestions?

blurs on printing and copying and blurs front to back on black and white and color

does the exposure lamp stay on continuous as long as the copier is turned on?
