Check the stability of their power outlet; I've found bad power to be the cause of a LOT of "False Codes" with Digital machines, usually they seem to present as fuser problems!
Does anybody have a couple of p/n 60312010 - PI Switch (Home Pos\'n and Timing Switches) sitting in a dusty drawer somewhere?
As far as I can determine, this is the only model this p/n was used...
I\'ve still got every issue of \"The Mita Scoop!\"

Mita DC-2054/2254/2255/2285 series!
Overtoning, drum-wearing, dusting, weak-framed, loose-clamshelled POS!
Oh! And any Mita model that ends in a 6!
Ahhh! I feel better now!...
Try HP Partssurfer here: http://partsurfer.hp.com/cgi-bin/spi/main?sel_flg=modinfo&model=OJ_6100_SERIES
Mita still makes them; you can also get them from Katun, Polek & Polek, Densi, Base-Wright-Moore, and probably Radio Shack, but that last you\'ll need to do some fabrication!

The ER-4900 is the Model name!
It\'s part of the Dealer Line as oppossed to the Open Line, but it is no longer an active model; it was discontinued when the Sam4s ER-5100 came on line last year! ...
When going on service calls, I carry a copy of a given machine\'s Service Manual and Owner\'s Operation/Programming Manual (both in a single binder) as well as the dealer\'s shortcut handbook,...
I had an old Mita DC-111c in a Marine Recruiter\'s office back in the mid/late eighties!
Apparently, the Gunny came in bombed out of his gourd after hours one night and decided to take a...
I don\'t remember any such mod; I\'ve still got all of the tech bulletins and there\'s nothing like that in there!
I do remember something somewhat along those lines for the old DC-152z series,...
Some people are just too stupid to breath!
Yep! It\'s a Lexmark! I actually knew the x-over model, but it\'s slipped my mind, at the moment! Cheap little piece of junk!
Olivetti Copia 1810 = Sharp SF-781
Mita is square and Copystar is triangular!
Most likely a bad Contact Image Sensor (CIS)!
KM F-1050? Panasonic UF 890!
