Rather that replace the entire fuser you can replace the sep claw assembly. The film peeling off the claws has been the culprit for me catching the corners. refer to bulletin D159-2LH-0016

Are you replacing the tires in the cassettes only or the LCTs as well

Thanks again for the tips...it turns out that the PCL portion of the firmware was the culprit, reloaded the firmware and it turned on the BW and CL send features. The other interesting thing to note...
