Could be worse, you could use a Windows Mobile phone as your primary. No amount if aftermarket accessories could make those not suck.

I think the point has been missed. The rep's *can* read the manuals, they just don't *care*. In sales, you say yes if you think they'll buy and make the technicians worry about it later.
Used both, settled on the iPhone. I just like the interface better than the Android. The Android OS appears "clunky" to me, and I have many issues with the ones that I have to support (crashing,...
I know on the larger machines they did that to support their dealers. Just like KM and the old STOP 0 0 STOP 0 1 garbage.. For the CLX-3175, I have no idea why though....
That's it! Was a major problem here on campus, until we figured it out :-)
Here's an idea: get a free gmail account (gmail.com) enable POP/IMAP for the account. Use that account information to send the email from the copier. IMAP Server: imap.google.com
Click the "Administration" tab at the top, login with the password (usually 123456), click "Network" and configure the "SMTP Client"
You will more than likely just need to supply the "DOMAIN\username" format in the authentication box when you setup the SMTP client in TopAccess. Since you appear to run the domain, why not just...
When you installed the printer on the Mac, did you put in a queue name? If not, remove the printer and re-add with a queue name of "print". This is an issue with the way the Toshiba internal print...
::shrugs:: Thats why I love my home state of Florida!:D
The only days we get off are hurricane days! ;)
If its a loud grinding noise, may be the fuser is not fully seated.. Other that that, normal diags apply
We have had mixed reviews: the higher volume/professional lines (C98xx/C96xx/C61xx) seem to hold up nicely. Not much maintenance required. However some of the lower end stuff is, well, lower end.....
Depending on the model, there may be a SyncThru office application installed on your computer. You have to configure that so when you hit Scan To PC on the Samsung it will know how to find your...
We actually looked into that. It seemed to work pretty well, but we have a mixed fleet of Toshiba, Konica Minolta, and Samsung. None of the utilities out there seem to do a good job with products...
I agree with D_L_P. We looked at multiple management packs and Ricoh had the best one that appears to work with all manufacturers. If you are looking for print management, Pharos Uniprint is amazing....
Lol! Agreed. Spam?
Thanks again, I don't actually. I may be able to get access to it from our dealer on Monday. I'll give it a shot tomorrow and see how testing goes. Again, I really appreciate the help from you guys.
Great! Thanks so much. I see where you set it now, but how often will it send out? I am concerned that it may only send out once a month, and if it is by schedule the unit could possibly be off...
Hey, thanks! The particular model that I am testing with is a 350, so it doesn't have the service button.. If you wouldn't mind posting the 08, I'd appreciate it. Our fleet has most models from the...
With the copier off, hold 08. Turn on copier, release 08 when you hear the copier "beep". When the machine says "TEST MODE" , press 690 then start. Reset the copier, and the hard drive should be...
Hello all, I apologize if this was posted before I didn't see it during numerous searches..
I have a fleet of 250+ Toshiba's that we are sick of running around and getting meter reads for. How do...
